Founder and CEO
With a background in Financial Management, specializations in Human Resources Management, and International Trade, I leveraged my experience as a banking manager in Colombia to found Fortlet 3 in 2019. Since then, we have grown into a reliable provider of safe, alternative school transportation across multiple U.S. states, with our main base in South Florida.

COO
Salomé Rojas, a dynamic college student and COO of Fortlet 3, plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. With her multitasking abilities and dedication, she has become an essential part of our daily operations.

Starting her day early, Salomé manages the coordination between dispatch and drivers, ensuring clear communication at all levels. She acts as the central point, facilitating the flow of information in both English and Spanish, which significantly enhances operational efficiency.

Additionally, Salomé oversees the company’s financial operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and allowing the team to focus on delivering high-quality transportation services.

Her leadership in staff training and onboarding ensures that every team member is well-prepared to maintain Fortlet 3’s high standards. Salomé’s energy, commitment, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities are fundamental to Fortlet 3’s success.
